McDonald focus on fast foods and relevant services which include variety of Hamburgers, chicken burgers, and fish burgers, happy meals, variety of breakfast, and many kinds of drink such as pops, coffee, and ice cream. McDonald targets both domestic and international markets. To keep business growing and gain profit as much as possible, McDonald needs to do business worldwide.
4. Technology
Advanced technologies are necessary tools to help and improve business. McDonald's was the first quick-service chain to install touch-screen computers at the front counter and in the drive-through. It improved the efficiency of food ordering. McDonald also provides free internet access in many its restaurants. This certainly brings a great deal of convenience to business people and young people who cannot live without computer & internet.
