Just a few changes are made annually, so for now, we will be abiding by last year’s rule book.
Everyone will be informed of the updates when the new rulebook is released. The approximate fee last year was $45 per person with lunch and dinner included. Updates on the fees will be available soon. Financial aid is also available, but one must apply in advance. Please let me (Saman Essa) know if you need more information about a certain event. If you aren’t sure whether you want to compete in an event or not, mark your name with an M (for maybe) on the document. Events with more people signed up than slots allotted will have preliminary unbiased judging with previous records and ideas for this tournament taken into consideration. Please read the description fully and adequately prepare yourself for each event.. There are early deadlines to keep in mind where you must send your work before the competition. If we have the right mindset, first place is in our reach. Don’t hesitate to ask questions about fees being a problem or any other concerns you may have! CATEGORY I: KNOWLEDGE & QURAN Knowledge Tests
