Dear Sir
I am pleasure to submit my report titled “Mixture of global food culture in Bangladeshi food habit”. This was a good opportunity to deal with the food culture of Bangladesh the mixture of different food culture in Bangladeshi food habit.
To complete this report fruitfully I used combination of questionnaire, interview and case study methods. For case study method we chose some restaurants from different places in Dhaka city.
I found that our traditional food culture is missing among our people of our county specially young generation. They used to go different western restaurants and have western Arabian and other foreign food. The food culture of Bangladesh are now Mixture of different kinds of foreign food culture and those also be our food culture nowadays. People like more mixture food than traditional Bengali food
