Double Helix (2004), a novel by Nancy Werlin, is about 18-year old Eli Samuels, who works for a famous molecular biologist named Dr. Quincy Wyatt. There is a mysterious connection between Dr. Wyatt and Eli’s parents, and all Eli knows about the connection is that it has something to do with his mother, who has Huntington's disease. Because of the connection between Dr. Wyatt and the Samuels family, Eli's father is strongly against Eli working there. The job is perfect, and the wages are great, but Eli can't help but notice that Dr. Wyatt seems to be a little toointerested in him. Later on, as Eli continues to work in the lab, he discovers with the help of Kayla Matheson, Dr. Wyatt's supposed "niece," that he and Kayla are the product of a highly unethical eugenics experiment.Double Helix (2004), a novel by Nancy Werlin, is about 18-year old Eli Samuels, who works for a famous molecular biologist named Dr. Quincy Wyatt. Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser syndrome (MRKH) is a rare syndrome that not only causes physical conditions but emotional. The psychological effects of woman diagnosed with MRKH have never been fully discovered. The hypothesis and or purpose of this study is to evaluate self-report measures of psychological distress in woman with MRKH syndrome compared to woman without MRKH syndrome. A group of woman with MRKH will be assessed through anxiety, depression, and self-esteem scales to determine any psychological distress MRKH had on them when they first received the diagnosis up until later on in life. Similar studies and theories believe that coping with infertility can be taxing and cause psychological issues throughout a woman’s life. I belief observing woman when diagnosed with MRKH as well as following up with woman after dealing with the initial shock of this syndrome will give insight to being able to give proper coping skills to not only woman with MRKH syndrome but woman with infertility issues.…

Written Communications is one of my weaknesses because I have a hard time learning how to compose works that apply the correct structures of a composition which is coherent paragraphing, intelligible sentence structure, precise and varied word choice, and correcting spelling, grammar, and mechanics. I have always have problems in this area in school because I didn’t know express myself clear in my written and if it was a boring topic it was hard for me to write about because it was something that was not interesting to me. I plan to work on this area in the future by asking my teachers for help and guidance with my writing. This will impact my success in college because I would be able to analyze and interpret college level materials without any issues.…

    Klokken

”Klokken” er et eventyr skrevet af H.C. Andersen i 1845, i romantikken.
