Description: Exercise/Nutrition program designed to help improve health & lifestyle in

seniors at risk for heart disease and/or diabetes.

Duties: Program Assistant/Consultant (assisting the program supervisors in the monitoring of the exercise training sessions).

Duties: Assisted in setting up water booths for the walkers, assisted in setting up health booths for patrons, helped coordinate TWU student volunteers.

Description: Provided health and fitness screenings to law enforcement agents visiting TWU as part of the LEMIT program from across the state of Texas.

Duties: Collected and analyzed blood samples from program participants for the determination of blood markers for metabolic disease (i.e. heart disease, diabetes).

Description: Conduct fitness evaluations on prospective candidates into the UNT and Denton police academies.
