Hot food can go cold and cold food can get too hot, forcing people to quickly find a fridge or microwave to heat or warm up their foods. Even then, things can go wrong, such as food going bad such as mayonnaise, and ice cream melting to a liquid. The lunchboxes of today are pretty much exactly the same as they would have been 50 years ago, with no major advancements in a food carrying case which is so widespread for people to bring in food from home. Our product will change the game on how people carry their lunches, especially in the winter and summer months. If customers like product and services, they are likely to come back again next time they need that product. Next is a reputation. Another important denominator of quality is safety. Things that are sold to customers must be safe. Whether it is food, plastic containers or electronic devices they must be safe and not only for legal reasons. Unsafe products are a threat to every business and could lead to dangerous situations for the customers. In conclusion, quality of a product or service is a fundamental part in a company’s ability to maintain profitability and continued success in business.…
