Abstract: Revolutionary development in IT has impacted on individuals and business. Mobile banking is an essential technological innovation to change the structure and nature of banking. To sustain business competitiveness, many banks are transforming from their traditional approach to modern approach of e-commerce. Banks started innovative approach due to IT perspective development to authenticate customers. This innovative approach is Mobile Banking. An effective authentication system is necessary for compliance with requirements to safeguard customer information, to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing, to reduce fraud, to inhibit identity theft, and to promote the legal enforceability of their electronics agreements and transactions.
This paper focus on the new era of mobile banking, operative guide lines to Banks, and addresses how technology helped customer to transact safely with the help on Mobile through Case study.

Introduction
The IT perspective development in banking a new revolution in the area of e-banking is the emergence of mobile banking. On-line banking is now moving to the mobile world, giving everybody with a mobile phone access to real-time banking services, regardless of their location. Banks gave an opportunity to customers to update themselves about Account balance, transactions and do the transfer of amount from one Account to another. All the public and private sector banks in India have started providing their different services through mobile phone. Currently they are offering banking services through mobile free of cost but customers have to bear the cost of mobile service providers.
