Average teacher salary is $54,459. 39.9 have master’s degrees or above. In spite of these numbers, Crete-Monee high School is known throughout the south suburban Chicago land area as a “get in and get out’ school district. Every year the high school suffers from a rather large teacher turnover. This school year 34 new teachers were hired to replace teachers who retired or simply “moved on’ to other districts. According to statistics this has been a trend in the district for nearly 10 years, owing to the pay scale, and weak teachers’ union. As a result of this, there has been a disjointed, ever changing method of doing things on a day to day basis. Because of the rotating staff and administration, many policies, up till this year, were either not in place or not enforced. Parents were not very involved, and students were not held consistently accountable for infractions that stopped short of dangerous behavior or violent activity. Currently, the new administrative team is attempting to rectify this. They have made parent meetings mandatory, and did not register students whose parents did not attend the initial summertime meetings. There is an entirely new discipline code in place and strictly enforced. A new Dean of Students has been added strictly to handle freshmen

When it comes to IPv6 there are a lot of topics that can be discussed. It will change the Internet forever as we know it. IPv4 is the fourth version of protocol using a 32 bit address space whereas IPv6 will be using 128 bits of hexadecimal addressing to allow for drastically more addresses. Currently IPv4 allows roughly 4,294,967,296 possible addresses and with the current allocation practices it limits the number of public address to a few hundred million. In contrast, the 128 bit address space that IPv6 uses can provide roughly 3.4 x 1038 possible addresses. The sheer size of the IPv6 address allows for the subdividing of the address into a hierarchical routing structure that in turn can reflect the current topology of the Internet. This will provide great flexibility for the addressing and routing in the future where the IPv4 obviously lacks in comparison. It would hard to imagine a world where we do have anymore Internet addresses to go around. This should hopefully solve that problem, at least for a while to come.…

Team B discussed several primary and secondary observations of organizations using technological advances, staffing realignment, renegotiation, logistics and supplier management, and outsourcing, among other things, to reduce costs. All of these areas usually hold several cost-incurring skeletons, however when attempting to eliminate unnecessary cost without disenfranchising revenues generating stakeholders, companies have to get creative. Authors Anupam Agarwal, Eric Harmon, and Michael Viertler in their article, “Cutting Sales Costs, Not Revenues”, advise companies that, “understanding customers allows companies to focus sales resources where they are needed and to cut waste, not value” (p.2, 2009). Organizations that take time to evaluate the true needs and expectations of current and potential customers achieve cost conservation while improving customer service. Ultimately, it seems that investing in technological…

A study published this month reveals exactly how the venom's toxin called MP1 (Polybia-MP1) selectively kills cancer cells without harming normal cells. The phrase “people don’t change for leaders they don’t like” reflects the current turnover rate at Southaven Elementary. Christy Johnston has not developed a strong mission and vision for Southaven Elementary School; therefore, teachers and students lack commitment, due to lack of guidance. She is not in every classroom, everyday. Many of the teacher’s observations were pushed aside until the last days of school, which left them feeling as if their feedback was distorted. Emotional bank accounts were not consistently filled throughout the building, which has led to negativity and resentment. Diversity of multiple intelligences and strengths is not celebrated, and most teachers and staff feel that they are not able to voice their opinions for fear they will not be listened to, or valued. Mrs. Johnston does not know or spend time with the students of Southaven Elementary. She does not know any individuals on a personal level unless they are a major discipline…
