Money Brings It !
MONEY BRINGS IT !

Money does not buy happiness it brings it. The term does not mean it literally buys happiness it means it buys things that make you happy. Take celebrities for an example, they have everything a human heart can wish for but many of them have torn families, scandalous lifestyles and are blatantly unhappy then how can money buy happiness to the poor? If at all money could buy happiness none of the above would exist among the celebrities.
“Money has never made man happy, nor will it there is nothing in it’s nature to produce happiness. The more one has the more one wants.” A famous quote by Benjamin Franklyn famously known as the “First American”. Sincerely I wish that everybody in the world, everybody under the sun could become rich and famous and have so much money that they could swim in it so they realize that it’s not the answer. Money will buy you many things, it can buy you a bed, clock , book, medicine, house but it won’t buy you time, knowledge, sleep, health or life; the things you really need to live a full life of lasting happiness. The happiness from it is only limited.
When you see poor people huddled together to keep warm and sharing what little they have to survive, that’s love which brings about happiness. The situation does not make them happy and money could make it better but the root of happiness stems from love. On the flip side, if you have a wealthy family who can’t get along, where is their happiness. The money is there but where is the love? The same place their happiness is out the door while their money is in the bank. Money is nothing but a corrupted way to momentary

Money does not lead to happiness because even the richest, most powerful person in the world, at the end of the day, is not satisfied without people to share their life with. Everyone needs that one special person that helps them and supports them. In The Great Gatsby, Jay Gatsby has a lot of money, but isn’t really happy because he has created a vision of himself and Daisy is living in a perfect world, which lead him to destroy his own life because he is refusing to see the truth. One night after the party…

After reading, “ Why Money doesn’t buy happiness,” of Sharon Begley, I have read another essay similar to this one in high school before. This question has been asked for years, everyone has different answers for it, “Does money buy happiness?”- By the author, the economy where people try to get as much as for what they sell as they can, when where people try to pay as little as they can for things they want to buy, the more they can earn/save money, the more contentment they have. The main purpose of this essay is to convince people that not the more money you have, the happier you must be, there are a lot of unhappy rich folks out there are depressed and suicide everyday, but it does give you more choices, which mean money bring you more…

“It seems only natural that happiness should flow from having more money. Even if they don’t admit it, people still behave as though it were true. More money means you can have what you want and do what you want.” (Dean 2008). Wealth and possessions do not equal happiness because no matter how much money and gems you have you can not buy feelings, but only comfort, also if you are working hard for more money you are experiencing more stress and negative emotions.…

This never ending pursuit of money has made the society a selfish one. People forget that there are many things that money can't buy. A Chinese proverb summarizes this argument very well by saying that money can buy a house but it cannot make a home, that it can not buy time, sleep knowledge, health, respect and a good life only the material aspects can be bought but not ones that come from within. Stephen R. Covey in his book ' seven habits of highly effective people also mentions that some of us tend to be centered around money and so our sense of security and happiness is directly related to how much money we have and since its human nature to never be satisfied with what one has he is likely to remain unhappy most of the time. Even a huge increase in wealth is unlikely to satisfy such a person. For this purpose we need to alter our centres to what we really want at the end of our…

People would say that extra money would always be nice to have so they are able to go out and spend it on maybe a nice dinner or something they have wanted to buy for a long time, but the research shows that people that have a household income of $150,000 are just barely happier than people that have a household income of $75,000. This proves that money does buy happiness, to a point. These pieces are proof that our external environment and conditions effect our happiness. People are able to try and change their conditions to bring them more happiness and for many people that will work. Everyone has the right to be happy so why don’t we all change the things that make us…

Happiness “that sense of warmth that begins at the core of the soul, spreads to the heart, and radiates outward from the eyes and lips of those who know it. The gift of happiness is elusive, but tangible. You cannot seek to find that which makes you happy for happiness comes from within and by your own choice.” (Mr. Dale Reddish, 2010). This is a rather eloquent interpretation of happiness that really gets to the heart of the argument; does money really buy happiness? The problem with most of the required reading is it is derived from survey data that uses a list of answers that is predetermined by the interviewer. That is where the social psychologist Hadley Cantril differed in his approach. Mr. Cantril understood the complexity of the question, and how people’s answers might vary throughout different cultures and socio-economic backgrounds.…

Can money buy you happiness? It is a classical debate, sparked by the left-wing communists and religious leaders who suggest that a person can live a full life without the pursuit of money, and instead one must look to a more spiritual existence above the material desires. It is perhaps conceivable in a century gone by where people grew all their food and believed in witches, that a human could forge a fulfilling existence without the need of money to satisfy our desires. However in today’s society money can not only buy happiness, but is a major factor for happiness. Findings by the Institute of Economic Affairs show that happiness levels correlate with the amount of wealth a person accumulates. And, in contrast to popular belief, it does not level off when the assets reach a certain threshold. Money enables us to buy goods and services that we want. When we satisfy these wants we feel fulfilled, happy and pleased because we as humans love getting what we want. Money can give us experiences and opportunities that we would otherwise never be able to have. It can open doors to elite schooling, worldwide trips and making a difference in the world via charity. Money allows us to live a carefree, happy life because we don’t have financial strain. Money makes the world go round because it buys happiness, that’s why we spend hours a day slaving away to earn it. It is the key that unlocks the door to happiness.…

For centuries, mankind seeks to answer the question: Can money buy happiness? Therefore psychologists are exploring the relationship between wealth and happiness for decades. They came to the conclusion that money can make people happy if it involves moving from a state of extreme poverty into the middle class, but they do not have a noticeable impact in the future. It means that people feel glad and safe when they have enough of money to satisfy daily needs. It is important to understand, what really makes people happy besides the living routine. Jarod Kintz quotes “I think the key indicator for wealth is not good grades, work ethic, or IQ. I believe it is relationships. Ask yourself two questions: How many people do I know, and how much ransom money could I get for each one? ”I think it is safe to say happiness have many aspects. The real versions of well-being that plays out every day are the ones based upon an individual experience, perception and values.…
