In the article “Does Money Really Make People Happier?” Jessica Krampe asserts that money’s false assumptions of solving all of someone’s problems are only partially true. Though money can be used to momentarily buy happiness, such as a fashionable car that really provokes a person’s interest, money cannot be used to buy happiness. It is a commonly false assumption that with wealth and riches, all the happiness and joy in the world will fall into your hands. Money can instead be used as a tool to instead better your life.…

If money doesn’t buy happiness, what does? Many people believe that having more money is going to make them happier in life, but does money really provide true happiness? After reading the passage “Yes, Money can buy happiness,” by John Tierney, explains that people are more often to be happier when they spend money on others rather than spend money on themselves. In my opinion many people believe having more money will make their lives happier and free of all worries. In my life money has provided food, clothing, and shelter our basics needs in life but I came to a conclusion where my satisfactory is not enough. I complain that I need more money and that it will solve all the solution to my problems. But in reality money is never going to be enough to buy my happiness in life, because the more we have the more we need and want. For example, I went shopping to the citadel outlets with my family, less than a few hours I spend about four hundred dollars. I looked at other people and I wish I had more money to spend in order to feel enjoyment and more satisfaction. Then, I look into my partner eyes and say to him, I realize with money you can become selfish, destructive and greedy but on the other hand it can help you discover a world you never knew because we all know money can open the doors to many objects in life. Such as, having the opportunity to explore the world, to have all the materials in life. Furthermore, I do agree that buying does bring happiness to everybody in that moment. After, that I disagree it would bring 100% happiness in life because money does not buy love, passion, pureness, and what life is all about. In the end it all depends on your approach to life and how you see money and the relationship with it.…

The money is said to be the root of evil because man have a wrong usage on it. Actually, money is just a medium of exchange. Money does not have brain to think how to hurt people. It is the thought of human that used money as a tool for evil purpose. Many of them did wrong looking for a quick buck or two and end up doing some action that hurt another people. But they blame all the fault on money in fact is their brain that cause the evil.…

Money also provides means of helping other people in need. After you had enough money and a wonderful life, you could also use the money to help other people in needs. In a word, whether money does good or harm, it depends greatly on our perception of it. With money in our hands, we should let it be our servants, not our masters in order to build a better and better world where no crimes…
A Bible quote from I Timothy 6:10, “For the love of money is the root of all evil” is argumentative; whether this is true or not, it all depends on individual views or insights. Some may argue that it is true, while some say that it is not true. I grew up hearing that money is the root of all evil, because I mostly studied in a Christian school or institution in my elementary and high school years and that’s what they mostly teaches students. For me, money is neither evil nor good. It is only what happens with money once it is in my hand that gives it qualities of either good or evil. Money can be many things, depending on how we relate to it. From the dictionary of business, it is defined as anything of value that serves as a generally accepted medium of financial exchange, legal tender for repayment of debt, standard of value, unit of accounting measure and means to save or store purchasing power. Based on what I have understood, money is the instrument of exchange. It helps in buying and selling and also in fixing on value on things or services. It may be in metal (coin) or in paper. We need to understand the difference between a physical currency that is the basis for our lives and a material desire that is driven by greed. It is a fact that money makes the world go round and this is how we bargain for food, shelter, education, travel and just about everything in life has a price. Money is the reward for our work that allows us to join the good things in life. It is the foundation for social organizations, donation to churches or other infrastructure, charitable organization, also this is what we give to the government by means of tax to function or to use within our communities. From my point of view, money is not the evil. It is just the source of our survival. The money is said to be the root of evil because man have…
Is Money the Root of All Evil? It is tempting to say that money is the root of all evil -- with people seemingly scrambling about doing inhuman, if not entirely unspeakable acts that show no regard whatsoever for the well-being of others only to add a few numbers to their bank account, or add some pieces of paper to their wallets. However, when you examine things more closely, you'll see that it is not money per se that leads to this. In my opinion, it is the lust for money, and for what it can buy, that causes all this ruckus. Greed might be one of the biggest flaws of the human race. We are never satisfied. We always want more. This might have been born by centuries of struggling to survive. Whomever has the most gets the most. You'd think that humans would have gotten over this after all the evolution that we've gone through but the headlines on newspapers would tell us otherwise. People kill for money because people have an insatiable lust for it. Consider this: if money is really what's causing all this, shouldn't every Tom, Dick, and Harry be at each others necks trying to get more of this stuff? But this is not the case. On average, a person who has enough of what he needs would never even think about stealing, much less about killing for money. Other people even find it in their hearts to share what little they have. Think of Mother Teresa, for example. But, it's just as I said before. We never know when we've got enough. People would always want a bigger car, a bigger house, a spiffier phone, or a more expensive suit. As a result, people step on each other for promotions at work. Politicians cheat in elections to be in the position to steal from his country. A bully would beat up a classmate for lunch money. You see, it is greed, not money, that pushes people to forget about morality. If humans only learn when to stop and say to themselves, "I have enough. I am contented." We would not have to experience "hell on Earth", people clawing at each other,…
Money seems to be the driving force in many people's lives. However, I do not agree that money is the root of all evil. Money in itself is harmless. It is but a medium of exchange in trade. it is the love of money that can lead to evil.…
