Format and Content of the Manuscript
Page Sizes
All materials on each page should fit with a rectangle of 18x23.5cm (7”x9.25”), centered on the page, beginning 1.9cm (0.75”) from top of the page and ending with 2.54 (1”) from the bottom.
The text should be in two 8.45 (3.33”) columns with a 0.83 cm (0.33”) gutter.
Page Layout
Double-column format
The two column on the last page should be as close as equal length as possible
Margin
Both right and left margins should be 1.9 cm (.75”)
Typeset Text
Font size 9
Font style Times New Roman
Use the font style Sans-serif for special purposes such as source codes text
Right margins should be justified not ragged
Table / Figures / Images Caption
Place tables/figures/images in text as close as to the references as possible. It may extend across both columns to a maximum width of 17.78 cm (7”).
Captions should be Times New Roman font size 9-point BOLD. They should be numbered(e.g., Table 1. or Figure 1)
The word for Table and Figure are spelled out
Table captions should be centered above the table body
Figure captions should be centered beneath the image or picture.
Page Numbering, Headers and Footers
Do not include headers , footers or page numbers
Sections
Heading section should be in Times New Roman 12-point BOLD in all capitals flush left with an additional 6-point of white space above the section head
Sections and subsequent subsections should be numbered and flush left
For a section head and a subsection head together , use no additional space above the subsection head
