These homes also have the capability of being cheaply built as they are made from concrete, even though they require the knowledge of a specialized construction technique. This new requirement will provide jobs for economies in need which will, in turn, improve the society.
After the recent hit of Hurricane Matthew in Haiti and its devastating toll on the people, the idea of dome homes has been floating around. Once a research and development group has been assembled to focus on finding realistic solutions for the devastating problem at hand, then an entire country could be pulled out of poverty. For example, unevenness of rooms can be solved in the same way as “tiny-houses”, or smaller and cheaper houses could be built by creating semi-detached versions of dome homes. The solution to the natural disaster problem is within reach if only one dares to take
