Monologue Of Montresor
The missing person was reported by one of the victim’s friend, Mr. Montresor. We are currently specking to his wife Lady Forunato. She says she last got into a fight with her husband about carnival and not drinking in large amounts as usual. She later stated that he left angrily stating that he works for the money this house for every damn thing and if he wants to drink wine he will drink as much as he desires. She later states that she felt a great disdain for her husband at that time.

Mr. Montresor said that he was at carnival during the time. He stated that he saw Mr.. Forunato at Carnival drunk and heavily intoxicated. He stated that he was saying non coherent rambling about Mr.. Luchesi and how he threatened to murder him and how he was basically petrified with fear of how Luchesi shall kill him. He stated that Mr. Luchesi’s Moto is “Ut quis despicatui tantam mihi angelus ut eicerent eos et ultrices vitae.”. Which can translate to “For one to show such great disdain for me, I shall be the vengeful angel to cast them out of my life.”. His face looking oddly impassive as he recited the Luchesi
