It also seeks to understand a given research problem or topic from the perspectives of the population involves. For example, the types of moral issue, or the coping strategy. Qualitative method in the order hand focus on objective measurement and the statistical analysis of that data collected such as number of nurse questioned. The hogeniety of the population and the quality of the result which it is convergent illustrate the reliability and the validity for the data collection used. My answer for the original purpose of this paper is that healthcare professionals’ especially nurses are always faced with complex ethical dilemmas when working, therefore moral courage helps healthcare professionals to address ethical matters and act by making the right decision.
