In the Case Study of Mordidas, the local police officers in Mexico City have taken the payoff money that collected from the street to compensate their low salaries. In the following paragraphs, we will present the opposite views of whether this is a bribery issue. The cultural relativists do not view the bribery as unethical, because they believe what they do are justified. They believe that what they do are perfectly normal and ethical since they protect the city and people, they should be entitled of a deceit pay to support themselves and their families, this type of practice has been adopted as a normal local cultural. In addition, the people in the city are going along with this way of paying off the ticket.
