Whatever resistance we offer to change, doesn’t change the nature of life. We change form many times in a lifetime. Every single cell of our being gets replaced by a new cell every seven years. So, in a way we get a new form every seven year. We had different forms at different period of our life cycle. What remained constant is real us. Change in body is inevitable. There is no negative or positive aspect to this change; it just is. You don’t force this change & neither can you do much about this change.
But the important change is that we force in our life. Forcing doesn’t mean going against the flow of life; it means giving direction to the flow. The most important change that we can bring is not in body but in our soul. And that change is enforced by the change in our thoughts. By changing our thinking pattern we transcend to a different level in no time. We defy limits, break the barrier & live a limitless existence.
But, to bring change in our thoughts, we need to destroy our old self. We cannot erect new structure of thought on an old & faulty foundation. We need to raze the old building to the ground to build a new structure. Instead of giving it a temporary touch-up, it is better that we transform it. Forget old habits, break old patterns & start a new life as frequently as possible. Whenever you feel comfortable with your routine, think of inviting new challenges in your life. Old is good as long as it teaches you; the moment it starts making you feel comfortable, shed it. Comfort is self-destructive; it is challenges that will give meaning to your life. Some
