Week 5 Team Weekly Reflection
In this paper Team A is to complete the 360 assessment and to discuss the benefits of using the assessment as a tool for personal branding, organization, individuals, certification, clients and products. With the business world changing at a rapid pace there are times that we have to ask ourselves these questions: do we stand out among our colleagues and competitors, should we ask for a higher compensation or fees, can we choose our assignments or client or are we achieving our goals. Whether we are an entrepreneur or an employee of a company REACH will help us to understand the best way to succeed in the world economy, achieve our professional goals and surpass our understanding to build and communicate the unique brand that is ours.
Personal Branding is a revolution in the way we manage our careers or business. It clarifies and helps communicate what makes us different and special by using qualities to separate us from our peers so that we can expand. Personal branding is the strategy behind the world most successful people.
The first step in successful personal branding is your wealth a unique promise of value of your brand. This takes time and requires us to think hard about who we are and what makes us unique. It is the most important phase in the branding process because it reveals the care around which we will build our brand.
One can uncover his or her authentic brand by identifying through vision and purpose, strengths, and differentiation. How others think about you, your values and promises, competition and your target audience. To succeed in today’s competitive market you must be aware of external perceptions. Professional success does not happen overnight whether you are searching for a new job or looking to make it to the top of the corporate ladder.
