For example one day the a group of boys were watching football, then the boys thought of the idea to create their own soccer team, they thought of where they were gonna build a pitch to play on, the villagers laughed and said “ Look around where you live.” The boys realized the villagers were right. They had nowhere to practice or play. Just like the article says “We had ourselves a football team but we didn't have a pitch.” At this moment in the story the boys lost hope and didn't believe that they could play anymore. But since the boys were determined they pushed through the struggles, like limited supplies, no space, and the criticism. The boys all started collecting old wood from the area, working hard after school, collecting all sorts of rafts. The boys said “ We worked hard everyday after school until the pitch was finally completed.” This shows that through hard work and being determined to do something you can do what you want. When the boys first got to the tournament they were nervous but as they started playing one of the boys said “ We realized we were better than we thought.” Then when the boys got to the semi-final the other team was up by 2. The Panyee Football Team lost hope. But they were determined to try and do their best. They didn't give up. Even though they had no coach, little gear, and little experience they fought until the game was over. The boys came back and tied the game 2-2. But then and the very last second the other team scored. Even though the team did not win they were very brave to even enter the tournament. Even the villagers were proud of the boys. They said “Be proud of yourself.” The boys said
