Nowadays teenagers really changed the way they spent their time. As television became widely available and popular most of the teenagers started spending most of their time watching different TV programs. This has a negative effect as the time they spent could be spent on doing different kinds of sport, spending their time with their friends, walking outside and enjoying the weather. Another major problem is the creating of video games and them becoming too popular. There is a huge amount of young people who are stuck at their homes playing video games. In evidence of this, for example one year ago a game called < StarCraft> was released, on its first day of release, one million copies of the game were sold in the first 24 hours, another example is the worldwide known game called <Wow>, which is played by 11 active online gamers. Moreover there is also a common problem in watching too much TV and playing video games. The problem is the huge amount of radio waves that our eyes receive, which significantly reduces our vision. On the other hand, it can be argued that watching TV can actually be useful, because of the huge amount of new information that we receive.
Overall the main point in my opinion is to find the <Golden Middle> which means just simple evenly spread up the time for watching TV, playing video games and using your time for another things, like sport
