Murray’s physical capacity is restricted to sedentary work that involves lifting up to 10 pounds at a time, occasionally, and requires occasional walking and standing, for up to 2 hours a day (he cannot stand for about 3 hours without experiencing discomfort). To avoid pain exacerbation, Clayton is recommended to refrain from performing job duties requiring long hours of standing, walking, lifting and carrying heavy objects. Considering that these activities are essential for a maintenance staff member position and a baker helper, and that modifications of these job duties are not possible to accommodate this client, Mr. Murray might have to find an alternative work that is more suitable for his medical condition. Because of his functional intellectual disability, this client may not have the capacity to engage in training to become more employable. However, he received on-the-job training in blueprint reading at Marcus Brothers Constructions. Clayton is recommended to seek an employment with a company that could utilize this skill (that is not physically demanding) and the same time provide required accommodations for his impairment. Additionally, Mr. Murray should explore job opportunities that are in a close proximity to his home and accessible by public transportation that he has to occasionally relay on. Long hours spent on the bus and walking to the bus station might aggravate his medical…
On 05/08/16 at 4:57pm, I was dispatched to the 1500 block of Cottonwood Drive on a dog at large, no known owner. I arrived at 1430 Cottonwood Dr and spoke to the complainant, who stated that the dog has been running loose around the area and almost getting hit by cars. She pointed out the address of 1492 Cottonwood Drive where the door was on the front porch. I arrived at the house and the dog proceeded to leave the front porch. I tried to capture the dog. Unable to capture the dog, I knocked on the door to see if anyone was home. I receive no answer; I was able to get the dog back on the porch with treats, where I place a leash on the dog. I placed the dog in the van. There was no current owner information on the dog; I left a door…
Vianelly was very engaged throughout the session and she participated by answering questions, in addition to making suggestions. Her speech amount was productive, even and animated; as well as, her voice was throaty and her speech manner was engaging. She spoke about many topics from how she wants to finish school for her children to how not having a mother makes her want to be a better mother; she wants to break the cycle. She sat in the center of the table and her posture was completely slouched sideways, however she was actively listening. Her facial expressions were focused and calm, yet cheerful. Her temperament was relaxed and peaceful. She spoke respectfully to others and was reflective, such as when she stated that she was afraid of…

I am writing to you on behalf of my friends, Tonya and Michael Daniels. I have worked with Tonya for several years and she has become a true and trusted friend. She and her husband Michael are exceptional people who possess exceptional character traits needed to become amazing parents. They exemplify a love of God in their life and would provide an emotionally stable life for Jordan and Bree who need this so desperately since losing their grandmother, Tonya's sister, who had custody of them. Tonya and Michael are financial secure and have the means to provide for the wants and needs of these children.…
This is Abigayd Cienfuegos, we met at the campus visit to UTSA last Friday. I wanted to thank you once again for coming with your team, and let us get to know more about Ernst & Young and about your team. It was really interesting to learn more about the friendly culture and the work environment at the firm. Especially learn that as interns we will receive training, and guidance on how to proceed with the assignments we are assigned to. As I told you last Friday I am currently taking Federal Income Taxation. I am also taking auditing and I remember that you mentioned you also help with the audit side, so I wanted to ask you if you based your decision to do taxes on the classes, or something else? As you seemed to like both audit and Taxation.…

I am sorry to hear that J.V. continues to be disappointed with, and experienced additional undue burden on his job search independently of EC Padial, and Washington Vocational Services. This instance partly gave me insights as to why J.V. continuously came to our appointment unprepared in the anticipation that I would give him additional resources and time to do his assignment. In addition to coming unprepared, J.V. has often not show up for his appointments,…

Arnold was an unreal human; he was cloned by Dr. Sean. Nobody would know he was a cloned human, seeing he had perfect 32 body parts like common people, but different looking. His aspect could attract everyone to adore him as no one could do. Blonde hair, ocean-blue eyes, and horn chestnut-shaped lips absolutely matched on his face. Even though he seemed to be a real human apparently, he needed to learn more how to be an individual. He couldn’t talk, think and didn’t even have any feeling. His body learned that what hurt or interrupted him, however, it didn’t learn how to respond. It was…
