~ Liquor Licence:
In any restaurant, caffe, bar, night club, RSL or any other hospitality establishment it is compulsory if you wish to serve any type of alcoholic beverages you will need to obtain a liquor license, under the Liquor Act 2007 and the Liquor Regulation 2008.
Seeing as i will being opening Lachlan's Bar & Grill and wish to serve alcohol as a part of the restaurants services i will need to apply for a liquor licence. The importance of having this licence is to ensure that there is some one aware of the liquor laws, that there is some one enforcing these laws and that there is an overall standard of correct RSA management through the restaurant. Now before i can apply i will need a National Police certificate, then after i have this i can then lodge my applications though the following resources:
