Mr. Stevens Case Study
On 05/10/16, Mr. Stevens was charged with Reckless Driving and sentenced to 30 days level 5 suspended for 1 year at level 3.
Your Honor ordered Mr. Stevens to be evaluated for substance abuse and follow any recommendations for counseling, testing or treatment deemed appropriate, Zero Tolerance for drugs and alcohol and 90 days of TAD.

Mr. Stevens completed 90 days monitored on TAD. On 12/09/16, Mr. Stevens completed 16 hours DUI Treatment at Open Doors Incorporated. Mr. Stevens’ 16 hours of treatment consisted of a comprehensive bio psychosocial assessment (2 hours), 2 individual therapy sessions (2 hours), 8 group therapy sessions (12 hours) and 2 negative drug screens. Mr. Stevens’ drug screens with Probation and Parole was also negative.
