Ms Sanchez's Argumentative Essay Memo

We are formally complaining that Ms Sanchez, through her actions, attitude, ethics, etc, exhibits a lack of respect and/or knowledge of the principles called for in creating a strong climate of positive relationships critical to creating a positive school climate. Throughout this entire affair, Ms Sanchez has exhibited an attitude of superiority, curtness, defensiveness, unwillingness, etc. From our first talks with her over this incident she has been unwilling to listen to anything we might have to say, or do, let alone discuss matters.
