MSW intern observed ct as upset and detached. Ct denied any angry outbursts or instances of aggression in the home since last session. Ct verbalized that he would have preferred to stay home. Ct reported feeling “a little bit” upset about coming in for therapy today, 3/8 on “feelings thermometer”, but agreed to continue with session. Ct was compliant and engaged in conversation regarding responses to anger and worry. With prompting by MSW intern, ct identified physical cues and mental cues associated with feelings of anger and worry. Ct participated in progressive muscle relaxation to decrease sxs of anger. Ct agreed to practice PMR 3 times for 5 minutes in the weeks until next
