Mud Tires are tires with large tread that are used for gripping slippery surfaces. They are similar to snow tires. These tires are certified by the Rubber Manufactures Association. The tire is judged by its tread pattern. Either of these tires is great for adverse conditions.

Cars or trucks that do a lot of off road driving need them. A new 4×4 truck owner should make sure that he or she has the proper mud tires for outdoor their outdoor adventures. There are so many types of off road vehicles, it may be best to consult a professional for the perfect type. A professional might ask if you will be driving over mud, snow rocks or and.
