Mugg And Bean Act In Ethical Injustice
Mugg and Bean act in an ethical manner because their staff members are guaranteed a lot of freedom and they can interact with the customers. When staff members go on lunch they must not take overly- long lunches otherwise this will give the manager the impression that they are not worthy of a promotion. Mugg and Bean obviously use promotions as incentives which employees have to work for and these promotions create a sudden drive which motivates employees to work in an ethical manner.

No harassment, immaturity or swearing will not be tolerated by Mugg and Bean franchises. These actions which can be violated by an employee can lead to severe consequences because they are not acting in an ethical manner which can affect the business’s reputation.
