Muhammad Ali Rhetoric
How did you choose your topic: We chose our topic of Muhammad Ali because Ali was not just a fighter in the ring, he was a fighter for all African Americans, for all freedom fighters, for all the segregated and for every struggling Muslim. Ali took a stand being an African American Idol to all of his followers.
How did you conduct your research: My partner and I gathered information online, from books, and documentaries. We also asked local boxing coaches to gather their point of views on the G.O.A.T.
How did you select AND create your presentation: We selected to choose the category website because we are able to give our audience a different perspective of Ali's life. We created our presentation by exchanging information between each
other and was able to create our website.
How does your project relate to the theme "Taking a stand": Our project relates to the theme "taking a stand" because Muhammad Ali was able to get his message across to the world, to help his African American followers. He went out and helped Malcom X and Martin Luther king Jr. throughout the freedom movements. He gave donations to help the people fighting along side of him. He was an American hero to all of us.
