Multivitamin-Mineral Supplements
While taking multivitamin-mineral supplement I think do not think is a good idea to eat whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. I believe that if you need vitamin in its better to just get them from the real whole grains, fruits, or vegetables. If you combine the items either the supplement I feel like that would be too much intake in your body. I think some people could take the multivitamin-mineral supplement if they are not getting the vitamin or nutrients they need to have a healthy diet or even a healthy life then they should take the supplements but don’t go overboard with it. The sale of dietary supplements can be risky because there could be some supplements that are not good for your body but people still selling them. Like the story
