Munchausen by Proxy Syndrome were named after 18th century German dignitary named Baron von Munchausen and which first used in 1951 by British Physician Dr. Richard Asher to describe self-induced illness which the patients enjoy attention and sympathy from doctors, nurses, and other professionals.
The point of this mental disease, the mother enjoys the attention of playing the role of a "caring mother", as Medical Child Abuse which is the child receiving unnecessary and harmful or potentially harmful medical care from own mother.

The owner keep ringing and run off to the vet as emergency but she is really proud to explain the conditions of Hana at reception. Many patients at vet shown genuine sympathy to her and encouragingly offered a compliment when they listened her story of poor dog Hana.
One day, vet doubted that the owner is Munchausen Proxy Syndrome with animal.
Even it is undoubtedly true, but nothing we can do to Hana.
We all knew that Hana is a victim but this is very delicate problem which need help of psychiatrists.
But one day, she brought brand new puppy and told us that Hana died recently and she bought new dog for replacement. We do not need to worry any symptoms of Pet Loss for this owner. We felt that we are really helpless to do anything to rescue Hana.
We just worried this new puppy which probably become the victim of her illness but she never come back to
