My Aunt Was A Person For Me Just Like My Mother
My aunt was a person for me just like my mother.

She was always on the position that was not far from me also too close either.

I liked her pretty much because I felt her like my mother.

When I was young maybe in the elementary school I especially had a curiosity with her because I often dropped her house with my mom.

I felt curiosity when she talked to my mom in a strange language.

I think maybe it was a secret talking between mom and aunt.

I couldn’t understand their talking but it made me curious about foreign language.

So now I think pretty thankful to aunt because she made me study and learn not only English but also any other language including Korean.

Now I can speak and write good English due to my lovely aunt.

And second story about my aunt is she allowed me to see a movie with her when I was little kids especially adult movie.

It was my honor for me to see adult movie.

It was a kind of privilege for me.

I got to know the free will and I can everything that I make up my mind.

Every time I think of the memory I encouraged myself 'can do sprite'.

Treated by my aunt well I learned how to treat the other person.

Now she was in the U.S.A. because her daughter was in the State.

She lives her free precious lives in a healthy shape.

In my memory she is real legend making me a man.

In the evening after school, we would go to work with her and try to help her clean buildings. However, the majority of the time my sister and I, played hide and go seek in the corner offices with blue carpet and long brown shiny desks with black chairs and/or cubicles with blue carpet and short desks with ceramic tops and black chairs. I know it was somewhat of a disappointment to my mom knowing that she had to take her kids to work with her because she could not afford daycare. Luckily, you would not have known that because she always smiled and acted as if everything was ok. She never allowed us to see her down no matter how much her feet hurt from being on them all day or how tired she was from working all…

She always wanted me to stay with her at her house and I went everywhere with her. When I was nine she took me to a circus. I had the privilege of riding an elephant while I was there. At first I was terrified, but once I finally boarded the elephant I lost all fear and realized that it was not necessary to be scared at all. After the ride was finished, we entered the arena and enjoyed the rest of the show. However, one day my mom woulkd not let me stay with her anymore. I was not even allowed to speak to her until I was older. My mom later told me the reason why she would not let me see her. My Aunt Lorena had a son who was the same age of me. He passed away when he was four years old because of a rare kidney disease. We were extremely close to one another that we were like brothers. Since we were so close and we were the same age my Aunt Lorena tried to steal me from my…

Mrs. Tan was treated in such an impolite manner because she spoke a non-native different of English, referred to as “broken” English. At first, Amy felt embarrassed of her mother’s English and thought that it will influence her opportunities in life. I asked Santa for books and I spoke English everywhere I went, but as I learned more and more English, I remembered less and less Korean. One day after school in second grade, my mom greeted me with the usual “What did you learn today?” I wanted to say that we started memorizing our multiplication tables, but I realized that I didn’t know how to say “multiplication tables” or “memorize” in Korean, so I shrugged and said “Nothing.” This became a regular…

I met my grandma when I was 5 years old, and coming into a new family with my mom I remember her accepting me as her granddaughter right away. She always made me feel like I belonged in the Doyle family. One of my favorite things to do was to go out to her house and help her make supper and spend the night. I could talk to her about anything. When our house was being built we lived with her for a couple months. I loved spending every single day with her. I can remember waking up one morning and walking out into the kitchen where she had been making breakfast. I looked down at my plate and saw some weird looking eggs and toast. I had no idea what it was called but I…
