Read the following case study: You have been asked to help develop a system for a local charity MoveUp that provides transport to elderly people to help them to go to the local shopping mall and the bank etc. For some projects, MoveUp offer a service for elderly people to go on a day trip to a place of interest. There are a number of separate projects within MoveUp and each of the projects has a separate funding body. All of the funding bodies have a requirement for MoveUp to return information about how well the project is running. This is information that was agreed at the time the funding was made available. So one funding body is asking how many elderly people have used the service each week, another wants to know the number of people with a visual impairment that have requested to use the service for each month.
