My First Vacation At Disney World
The happiest place on Earth, Disney World has introduced memories that will last forever and a feature or two that will help me learn more about myself. Disney World is filled with vivid colors, sugary scents, unpredictable weather and cheerful music lifting up your spirits to where it's impossible to be miserable strolling through the numerous attractions. Arriving at Disney is where a green gate entrance is waiting to be pushed open by thousands of people filled with anticipation. The noisy and colorful crowds are filled with people from all over the world with mouse ears upon their head. The crowds varied to children who have no clue to what is happening to couples on their first vacation together to the elderly wanting to enjoy the countless sites available at Disney. The beaming sun …show more content…
Though the rides were only accessible if we were willing to wait in more long lines. The lines all led into a different scenery depending on what the ride was based on. The Splash Mountain line, for example, was made up of a rough and bumpy trail and filled with smells of precipitation which eventually led to the ride. The building which led to the Indiana Jones Ride gave scenery where we were in an ancient looking cave. Once we finally reached the area where we got to enter the ride, the handlebars locked and we were introduced into the wild rides filled with twist and turns. The several rides ranged from us getting soaking wet, to going in several circles making us dizzy to even some calming and less thrilling rides to give us a break from the other, bizarre rides. We even got stuck in a merchandise shop because the unpredictable weather struck causing a full poured down on the streets of Disney. My family and many others watched as the raindrops pounded on the ground leaving a fresh after-rain smell. The rain finally stopped and we continued on with our day which was put to a quick

Most people think of Disney World as a place for children. So, when my boys began asking to go there for our family vacation, I wasn’t very excited. I had never been there and imagined me and my husband just following the boys around the park. Boy, was I wrong! Each of us had a wonderful time and it seems that we all remember things different, even though we were all together on the same vacation. Our five different memories have apparently come from our five different senses.…

What does the “happiest place on earth,” also know as Disneyland, have to offer on a regular basis? It was a bright sunny day in Anaheim California, and my friends Ruben, Sassan and I were just arriving at the theme park. We were all so excited to spend the day messing around between parks; especially considering the fact that we got in for free! Ruben’s mom works at Disneyland, which is how we were able to get in for free. Disneyland is only one theme park, but there are so many different things going on throughout the whole park it is hard to grasp.…

When I think of Disney World I see it as this monument that has a place in all childhood memories. These memories include a lot of happiness and most importantly, fun with the family. After all of the time that I took trips to Disney, I can still clearly see the smiling children gushing over their favorite Disney characters and the equally excited parents who had to speed walk just to keep up with them. Another memory that is evident, is that feeling of nerves a person feels when they’re about to get on a scary rollercoaster, but also that feeling of accomplishment that comes after once they’ve conquered it. Disney World represents home to me not only because of the great experiences that come with it, but because it is located in my hometown Orlando. I have to admit I do miss living there and knowing that Disney World is not too far away always gives me an excuse to visit. As a kid, I would always go on trips to Disney World and its image is a fond reminder of all those happy memories and easier…

When I visited Disney world I was seven years old, attending with my grandparents. I had never been so excited in my life. We took a plane to get there, and I could practically hear all the Disney characters calling my name. The two hour trip, which seemed like ages to me, was finally over when we got off at the airport in Orlando. I was so excited I just wanted to run off immediately and see everything there was to see, which is obviously impossible. First we went to our…

When we think Disneyland, we think the happiest place on earth. For those who think this is an exaggeration, let me shed some light on why this place is magical for me. Disneyland to me means family traditions with a heart full of happiness and love. When you first enter Disneyland, you are overcome with a vast amount of emotions. I get a nervous feeling deep inside my gut. The excitement overwhelms me, knowing that in just a few small steps, I will see the castle at the end of Main Street. The smell of churros are in the air. The crowds are filled with children and parents. You can hear children’s laughter and excitement. And if you look closely, you can see Mickey and friends in the corner signing autographs and taking pictures. I close my…

A huge Mickey’s Fun Wheel jumped out at me right when I walked into the California Park. The colorful flowers set alongside a beautiful lagoon. The clip-clop of horse drawn carriages brought people back to carefree days. And of course, I never forget the biggest reason for going to Disneyland – the rides. There was a number of eye-catching moments here- some featuring otherworldly creatures, and white knuckle thrill rides through the clear sky.…
