The beep test tested how much stamina you have. I improved in the beep test significantly. In the beginning of the course my beep test result was level 7.3. I was personally shocked at this because I just hit a new personal record. I really liked it because every time I did this evaluation from previous years to present I would improve my results. At the beginning of this semester my time was 8 minutes and 30 seconds. One strategy I learned about this activity was to never stop and maintain the same pace. These two concepts require perseverance and are very important for you to get a good time. I used these concepts on the final mile run and received 7 minutes and 18 seconds. If you received 7 minutes or lower you received a hundred percent. My results were close to a perfect and I was happy with the results I
