Introduction
I believe that every student who enters my classroom can succeed. Teaching should be student centered and students should be accountable for their learning and behavior. In addition, students should take responsibility for their decisions and actions. As a teacher, I will help to facilitate my student’s pursuit for knowledge and help them acquire the communication skills, problem solving skills, and critical thinking skills which will enable them to be life-long learners. I also believe in my students. To help nurture a desire for learning in students, I feel that education should be relevant and interesting. I believe that every student has something to teach me. A teacher should be a mentor and a trusted adult with whom students feel safe to share both accomplishments and challenges. Each student should be allowed to learn in that manner. My students should experience learning that is fun, exciting and interactive. I believe a teacher should guild their students as they develop their character, values and thinking.
My Beliefs about teaching.
I believe that as a teacher all students should know that, he/she is top priority. Each student is a unique and individual butterfly, which will evolve and develop in his or her own way. Each student should be allowed to learn in that manner. My students should experience learning that is fun, exciting and interactive. Learning should be a hands’ on
