My Hawaii Vacation Essay

I have had many vacations in the past, however, I know for a fact that my favorite vacation of all time was my trip to Kauai, Hawaii. Kauai is the most beautiful, alluring, and attractive island that lies on the face of the earth. I went to Kauai during the winter break of 2012 to 2013. I was only a young eleven years old, however, I still did the activities that all of my family members did, including rock climbing, kayaking, boogie boarding, and jet skiing. The seven days that I spent in Kauai, Hawaii, were the best seven days of my life. When my family and I reached Kauai, we made big plans for the rest of the week. I sat on the couch and simply watched some TV while my parents and sister were arguing about small things like which
We had a great guide named Kinoso. He was funny, intelligent, and most of all, he knew the forest and like it was the back of his hand. We kayaked two miles to an island next to a big and beautiful mangrove. After we saw the mangrove, we hiked around the island to a big water fall. This waterfall was crystal clear, it was so tall I couldn’t even see the top, and it was glistening in the sun's reflection. It was amazing. My family and I swam around the waterfall and also hiked to top of the waterfall. Finally, we went back to the mangrove and kayaked back to the island of Kauai. In fatigue, we went to a small stall near the dock selling Pho soup. We thought that it wouldn’t be very good because it is simply street side food. The Pho soup was the best my whole family and I have ever tasted, even to this date. The warm soup with had a slight, tasteful tang which was easily and slowly sliding down my throat. It was the best feeling I could have felt after doing such a tiring activity. I hope my family plans another trip to Kauai soon because I am missing the Pho soup already. It was by far the best vacation I have ever been to, and I highly recommend that many more people should go to Kauai for a vacation sometime in the near
