In high school one of my first jobs was in a hospital. My position was a mental health disparity analysis for adolescents. Basically I would manage a group and brainstorm surveys and programs to reduce mental health problems and while researching them. This position was actually possible because it stemmed from a government grant program which allowed employment for a select choice of high school students.
