Learning a task or piece of knowledge and being able to recall it means I have mastered it; my end goal is to learn all I can and apply it, and no matter what setting I am in the value I have on learning is high. I equate my ability of learning something to my ability to recall upon it and remember. This carries onto today because when I learn a new subject, it sticks to me. This has become my main goal of learning. If I am able to retain the knowledge then I did a good job at learning. The end goal is to be able to apply what I know towards new concepts or just a task I want to master. None of this would happen if the value I had on learning, were not of high standard. I believe in the complete opposite of that for a few reasons. When I hear the word prepster, I think of proficiency, competency, stressed, and willing to learn more. Being a prepster to me, means the bar is set high on that individual. They are considered highly enough to be allowed one more year of school to fully prepare them for the challenges one will face at USMA. These individuals are being allowed extra knowledge and skills to learn. This is something a direct admits are not prepared for. Having this extra knowledge makes leaders and better learners at skills USMA students will use on a daily basis. Prepster can apply what they learned here and use it to help better learn at USMA. Which is why when I hear the word prepster, I automatically think of an individual that is better prepared and more committed
