Abstract
The objective of this paper is to present my personal ideas on how to have effective classroom management. To run an effective classroom, the teacher should have a well developed classroom management plan that should be utilized at all times. A well thought out classroom management plan will not only be a major contributor to your own success as a teacher but it will also help promote your students ability to learn in the classroom. A classroom management plan should be a tool that is not always set in stone but something should be revised when necessary to get the most out of students each and every year.
My Personal Classroom Management Plan
Introduction: A highly developed classroom management plan is so important to the success of the teacher and his or her students. An effective classroom management plan should help promote students ability to learn in the classroom. To have an effective classroom management plan there are many things that should be considered when setting a plan up. First there should be a theory or base to the plan. Second there needs to be specifics about the management plan. The specifics should be the desired behavior, rules of behavior and prevention of any misbehavior in the classroom. The last thing that an effective management plan should have is communication. The teacher should be able to communicate effectively the classroom management plan that they want their students to follow. Following these ideas, I am going to describe how I want my personal classroom to be run one day. I want my classroom to be a positive learning environment for students and one where students can gain personal growth. I want to be able to impact a student’s life and give them a foundation that they can build upon as they grow older in their academic endeavor. To do this having an
