The story is all about loving a family. The situation become an ethical problem when Sara and Brian (the parent's of Kate, Jesse & Anna) first approved the suggestion of the doctor to have a in vitro child(the child named Anna) that is perfectly match for Kate since Kate is diagnose to have a Leukemia -a cancer of the blood or bone marrow characterized by an abnormal increase of blood cells. Anna is genetically made on purpose to be the donor of the body parts that Kate needs and benefits. Because of the condition of Kate all members are affected including their works, duties, rights and obligations to each other. Sara leaves her work of being a lawyer. Jesse has an ADHD (Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) that the family didn't focus much because of Kate's condition. Kate who has acute promyelocytic leukemia that anytime can cause her death. And the serious issue in the story was Anna an 11 years old girl who just wants to have a free and happy life pursued to give some of her body parts in order to keep her sister alive.
