I did not consider myself as a traditional because of my expression of individuality, but the way that the social world has impacted me to be, and act, a certain way. For example, my social context has influenced me to be traditional. My influences comes from where I was born, in Northeast Philadelphia, and to whom I was born, both traditional parents who each has a demeanor of being serious and candid, like I am. For instance, my religious connection. Not only do I belong to a Synagogue, but I am an active member who believes in the virtues of the long lasting traditions that the Torah presents. Judaism has induced me to believe in certain traditional means. For example, I believe the Torah tells people to marry within their faith and I believe that as well. The only reason I believe this is because of my social context. Similarly, I have been a part of an organization named the Northeast NORC. This organization, with the sole purpose of helping senior citizens live independently, has helped me think like a traditional person would because of the access I had to the traditionalist
