Why the author use word “silent” with love ?

Is a part of them

The poem is about nature of love. First, Love is in all of people and can happen to them not relevant to social or financial status. People don’t need to spend money or have high rank in social to love. Second, love has the characteristics of smoothness, silence, certainty, and slowness. We can notice if someone fall in love, his behaviors will be changed because of love’s characteristics : for example, to whom he love he treat her in good way . Third, Love is a secret. Most of people are fear to be hurt from rejection ,so when they love someone, they choose to keep telling their love to whom they love as secret.

The speaker begins by introducing the water lily as a stage for the activity that goes on around it. He describes “a green level of lily leaves” that “reefs the petal’s chamber and paves the flies’ furious arena,”--a cover for the activity below and the ground for the action above. The picture establishes the speaker’s view of nature as a complex body with layers that reach beyond its seemingly inactive surface. The language used by the speaker to describe the lily leaves, marked by alliteration and subtle imagery, also demonstrates the speaker’s appreciation of the beauty of nature’s “outer surface,” the face it shows most plainly to the casual observer. The speaker also personifies nature by describing it as a “lady” with “two minds,” clearly those that exist above and below its surface. Study these, the speaker notes to himself, and only then can one develop an accurate understanding of the heart of nature.…

She had pests who tried to poison her roots and trim her stems and pick the flower that is Janie. In the book, Janie is constantly looking for the bee that will make her flower bloom. There are three main themes of the natural world that present themselves in this book: A pear tree, the horizon, and the hurricane. These three natural occurrences represent her relationships throughout the book. Nature comes into play as well when defining who the “God” in the title of the book is referring to. The human body is made of organic material, thus coming from nature as well, so Janie’s physical appearance, more…

It mentions one-ness, which shows how, even with all of the power felt in the first three stanzas, she is not overwhelmed but is instead developing as a person. The focus then increases even more to focus on a single ant and the work she is doing, and the narrator reflects on the life of that ant, at first thinking her tiny and unimportant. However, she then changes her views, deciding that “...if she lives her life with all her strength, is she not wonderful and wise?” (17). Though the ant may not have an impact on the world as a whole, the fact that she is doing all that she can to make the most out of her life makes her important. The extreme focus on this ant after the unrestrained disorder of the first 3 stanzas presents a sharp contrast that shifts the mood to one of calm discovery. The narration is now much more controlled as the narrator starts to understand, in essence, life and the world around her. The narrator describes this feeling of self discovery as ascending a “miraculous pyramid of everything”…
