My Trip to Edc
My trip to EDC 2010 by Cassandra Vegaited when I found out I was going to attend EDC 2010. The Electric Daisy Carnival is a huge music concert held every year. My mom purchased my tickets and I just had to let all my friends know I was going.
Once I received the tickets the reality set in….I am really going! My friends and I got a hotel room at the Hilton and now it was time to shop. I bought a really cute outfit that was sparkly.
Finally the day came to get on the bus with my friends to dive down to the event in Los Angeles. After we arrived and checked into the hotel it was time to get ready. Hair and makeup, my friends and I looked amazing. It was time for the shows!
There were so many stages and people. Lights, music and lots of commotion. The first band we saw was just so amazing and it really was a great start to the day. We danced and sang and had such a great time. I even ran into some childhood friends I had not seen in years. I felt so good that I could be part of this festival and it made me feel good to see people coming together for the music.
We finally left about 3:00 a.m. to go back to the hotel. After talking about our great day we all finally crashed. I was so tired.
When we woke up we were all a little sad that it was over but we had made some great memories that I will always carry with me. I didn’t know it was possible to have so much fun in such a short time.
After stopping for a quick lunch we headed home. The long drive was made fun by reliving the events of the night
