My Wedding Day
Awaiting arrival to Fort Lauderdale International Airport from JFK was a nerve wracking experience. I was saying my good-byes to my old life, and welcoming my new life. As the plane was in the sky there was a state of nervousness, yet happiness of arriving to the love of my life. When the plane landed and I saw him waiting for me with flowers in his hands, it was a moment I knew I would never forget it. As we drove to the hotel that the wedding was taking place in I was in the state of shock because I felt that the moment was around the corner. When we arrived at the hotel and I saw the hall I was amazed at how beautiful it was, I remember thinking that it was the most stunning hall I've ever seen.
The morning of the wedding seeing all my family and friends; waking up in the hotel and being around me is a moment that was awesome. It made me feel like the center of attention, after all who doesn't want to be the center of attention. Eating breakfast was a chore that I couldn't wait to get done with. I wanted to get ready and put that white ball gown on. While I was getting my hair and make up done at the salon, waiting anxiously until they were done; I was thinking about my last hours of being single and having no responsibilities. It was at the time a beautiful thought, due to that fact that I was so nervous.
Driving back to the hotel and going into my hotel room, I was looking at my gown and I noticed it needed a little more ironing. I ironed it a little bit and then I was getting ready to put it on. I put it on and felt like a princess. At that moment, just like any other person I felt like I was on top of the world. With my veil on my head, crown, and that white gown it was the moment that I was waiting for my entire life. I was ready very early, I guess all the things did not take as long as I thought to be finished.
Waiting for that extraordinary moment of walking down the aisle, there were still various things to do. I still needed to take pictures

There’s a certain moment in my life that really stands out to me. It was the day I went to Colorado. The day got out to an excellent start. It was my first time getting on a plane. My grandmother had told me the different ways the Navy and Air force take off. Our pilot was definitely in the Navy before because he took off going up as soon as he could, that was my favorite part of the flight. I was also thrilled that we were high up in the sky. Everything below was so tiny and we were above the clouds.…

One of the most memorable moments I have experienced was four years ago, when I traveled from Matamoros, Tamaulipas to San Antonio, Texas. I had the opportunity of visiting San Antonio for the first time, and more importantly, of spending time with my family who I had not seen in years prior to the trip. Spending time with my family is of great value and importance to me, so I became utterly excited to see them as soon as I had the chance.…

I arrived to a church crowded with friends and family. So many people had gone to St. John’s Cathedral to witness the simple, yet elegant, tradition. There were also relatives from Mexico and Puerto Rico who took the long tiring trip to attend. I was honored to see so many people there on my special day. My court of honor led the way into the church. When it was my turn to walk down the aisle, soft music was played by the organist. I felt like a princess walking in my big, beautiful ball gown. My gown was similar to a wedding dress except it was a pastel pink. When the ceremony started it was nerve racking. I was thinking about my hair and people staring at me from behind, and hoping my tiara or…
