Myers-Briggs Observation

I believe that Myers-Briggs could be used in my niche. My niche is working with the youth. Generally at that young of an age you are not exposed to assessments and other tools that could be considered helpful. Myers- Briggs would help them see their preferences, at the same time give them experience taking an assessment. It also gets them aware of the different preference types there are (Boghikian-Whitby, S. s., & Mortagy, Y. y.,2016). I find that when you are young many are seeking reinforcement, meaning they could think they fall into a category but once they get the results they will believe it (Frölander, H.
