There are many assumptions about how killed and JonBen`et and why. But If I had to pick a guilty party base on the facts of the case I would conclude that the murders would be the Father John and the mother Patricia. The author Biography (2017) highlights some key facts of physical evidence that point to the father and mother. The First factual piece of evidence is the Ransom note that was written. Handwriting experts tested the father and the mother, and the mother’s test proved inconclusive. Consequently, a practice note was also found in the home. Secondly, the duct tapes that was placed over JonBen`et mouth contained fabric from the mother’s clothes. The Third piece of evidence is the coroner report. The coroner report states that JonBen`et died of blunt force trauma to the head and then she was strangled.…
Bridget Bishop was the first person to be hanged in the Salem Witch Trials. Since there were no official records, it was believed that she was born between the years of 1632 and 1637. She had one child of her own from her first marriage and had two stepchildren, who later accused her of killing their fathers, and testified, at her second trial. While there are no records of her mother and father, she did have their last name, Playford/ Playfer, no paper trails could be found on their births and deaths. Bridget’s first husband has no information on what happened to him after his marriage to Bridget. She and her second husband fought a lot, he left bruises on her. One evening her husband died, many people had accused her of killing him with…
The Murder of Cherica Adams, and the involvement of former NFL star Rae Carruth raised several issues. The case the prosecutor made was that former NFL star Rae Carruth conspired with three accomplices to trap and shoot Cherica Adams because she was pregnant with Carruth’s child. (Andrusko) (Fryer).…
The Eastbourne manslaughter was an 1860 legal case in Eastbourne, England, concerning the death of 15-year-old Reginald Cancellor (some sources give his name as "Chancellor"[1] and his age as 13 or 14[2]) at the hands of his teacher, Thomas Hopley. Hopley used corporal punishment apparently with the intention of overcoming what he perceived as stubbornness on Cancellor's part, with the result that boy died from the injuries that were caused him.…
On 11th June 2009 in Her Majesties crown court in Bristol George pleaded guilty to all charges. Just prior to her arrest she told police, “I knew this would happen. I can’t believe what I have done. That family don’t know anything about it I’m disgusted with myself I can’t believe what I have done I love children” then corrected herself to “I love working with children.” Originally the number of children involved was feared to be as high as 300 but this was disproven by local police and narrowed down to around 30 but this was still too high for societies liking.…
On April 8, 1964, Two months after the murder of Hannah, there was a 25 year old woman's body that was found 0.9 miles away from where Hannah was found, in the same river, on the foreshore of the Thames at Corney Reach, Chiswick. Irene Lockwood the second victim to be named had an autopsy that showed that she was four months pregnant by the time she was brutally murdered, which leads to her cause of death which happens to be drowning. With that being said the police linked her murder to Hannah's and the two possible victims that happened before Hannah. Though, a fifty-seven year old man confessed of killing Irene, after further investigation he was found not guilty because there was inconsistencies in events along with him recanting his statement,…
Ian Huntley was the caretaker at the girl’s school at the time. This is under serious questioning as to how he got this job with all his previous history of allegations. I feel that holly and Jessica were let down by a number of professionals that could have done more at grass roots level that could have prevented the terrible outcome for the girls.…

How would you feel if you had a murderer living nearby? Well, in August 1892, Andrew Borden and Abby Durfee Borden were killed in the Borden house with an axe. Lizzie, their daughter, was a suspect. The council found her innocent, because of the lack of physical evidence, however, now they are uncovering new and important information that is leading toward both ways. I believe that the council was wrong, and Lizzie Borden is guilty. Many pieces of evidence points to Lizzie being the murderer of her parents. Lizzie Borden is guilty because she was in the barn before the murder, burned a dress after the murder, and told the neighbor some unusual news about Andrew Borden, her father.…
It's still very hard to have any ideas on who is the the murderer if there is one but my guess is that it involves Rochelle Onifade. One very obvious reason would be the conversation she had on her phone right after she met with strike.…
Hollywood's most famous murder case unfolded on January 15, 1947 when the black-haired, 22-year-old actress Elizabeth Short was found dead on Norton Avenue between 39th and Coliseum streets in Los Angeles. Her body had been cut in half and appeared to have been drained of blood with precision. The murderer had also cut 3-inch gashes into each corner of her mouth, creating a spooky clown-esque smile.…
Research was done concerning Myra Hindley, who was convicted in England for the murder of two children and the accomplice to another similar murder and tortured them as well, because she is an example of the female stereotypical role of nurturing behavior violated in the most extreme way (Viki, Massey, and Masser, 2005, p. 110). The participants in the research were various volunteers from southeast England (Viki, Massey, and Masser, 2005, p. 112). Most of the volunteers were from a college campus, the city center, and a train station (Viki, Massey, and Masser, 2005, p. 112). One hundred and twenty three people participated, eighty seven of which were females and thirty six were male with a…
The short story Trifles written by Susan Glaspell is a story regarding the investigation of the murder of John Wright by his wife, Mrs. Wright. Mrs. Hale is the wife of Mr. Hale, one of the men investigating the murder, and the neighbor of the Wrights. While the men investigate around the farmhouse looking for clues to prove Mrs. Wright was guilty, Mrs. Hale is downstairs with Mrs. Peters discovering their own evidence in the mishaps of Mrs. Wrights cleaning and sewing. Mrs. Hale begins to reminisce on how cheerful and full of life Mrs. Wright was prior to her marriage. She regrets not visiting with Mrs. Wright throughout the years especially since they were neighbors. Upon finding the unfinished quilt and the empty bird cage, they discover a dead canary with a strangled neck, the same way Mr. Wright’s neck was strangled. She begins to see the reasoning for Mrs. Wright murdering her husband. She concludes that Mrs. Wright was unhappy with her marriage and possibly neglected. She decides to keep this information between her and Mrs. Peters instead of informing the men of their findings. Why would Mrs. Hale’s change in view of Mrs. Wright make her justify the reasoning behind why she murdered her husband?…
