The figure on the right appears beastly and the other figure is a nude female body with the limbs and head cropped off. Due to the positioning of the two bodies and careful use of subject matter, the two figures together, look like the human heart. This is where the influence came in of the different views as you can see the figures and you can see the human heart. This artwork also shows how in the subject matter one can portray a certain emotion in this case a form of aggressive love and beastly love. This influenced the meaning of my artwork as it shows how certain passions and emotions can be the reason a person loves something or someone, or that love can cause a person to act in a certain manner. The figures are basic line paintings with very little detail. This gave me the idea that a person could love even the simplest things in life. This artwork also represents a certain emotion, that being antique love, which is a more delicate and rare to find kind of love as that is what I understood by the title Antique Love. This again showed me another way of how society has interpreted love all differently and that there is not only one specific type of love. The two figures clinging onto one another has influenced my artwork in the sense that society is one and that society is all united, this is represented with the two hands being held
