Creative Minds is accredited by the National Association for the Education. Therefore, our agency stands by the guidance offered by the NAEYC Ethical Code of Conduct. It promotes responsible behavior and sets forth a common basis for resolving the principal ethical dilemmas encountered in early childhood care and education. We believe all childhood professionals need to be familiar with the knowledge base of early childhood care and education. Also, we believe it is critical to stay informed through continuing education and training (NAEYC, 2005, p. 2). For that reason, we will offer bi-monthly half day trainings and four in-services a year.
