Holden winstead 9/14 grade 10 Holden a name that has always been a weird one. My name means to hold,and I have always hated that, because people would always say '' what are you holding Holden''. My name has been used for many things such as a: a car, out door gear, a character in a soap opera, and a restaurant. I wish my name could have been something like Chad or something, so what kind of name is Holden. I guess since my name was not a common name I would be more outlandish to more people. Holden is one of those names that people would not normally pick for their children. I guess parents pick certain names for specific reasons. I was name after a soap opera character, because my mom liked the name when she watched the show. My name was always an interesting one, because I have not come across someone with the same name. I like my name,and no one thinks its funny, so I guess it is ok. Maybe people think I like to hold stuff, because my name means to hold.
