“I told you not to dance with other men….period!” James screamed at
Denise. The music faded as James’ fist met Denise’s face; an all too familiar scene for Denise. “I wasn’t dancing with him,” Denise explained, “he was just passing by!” It seemed as if no one had heard or seen what was happening. The crowd at the party grew larger .
After James’ hit Denise she screamed as if she was watching a scary movie . James hit her so hard , her neck looked like it did a whole 360 on her shoulders . Jeff heard her scream , He ran rapidly to the both of them. While Jeff is running toward them , James strikes again , and again ! As if he was in the middle of a boxing match . Denise with no hesitation . Calls the police . The police racing down the street along with them is the ambulance , with their loud sirens . An officer gets out the police car . Walks with a limp to Denise’s car and asks her what happened. She replies , “ My boyfriend named James jumped on me in the club “ . The officer says , “OK “. The ambulance person walks to Denise and helps her into the truck . The officer walks to James , asks him happend . James say , “ I didn’t even lay a hang on her ! I swear ! “ Jeff walks out , Sir he have not laid a hand on her . The officer says , “ OK , Have A Nice Night “.
Denise wakes up in the emergency room . Hurrys and picks up the phone and calls Jeff. The phone rings ……… Jeff answers and says, “hello?” Denise tells him what the doctor said what was wrong with her . He replies , “ I'm sorry he done that to you , I’ll call you back later . “ Jeff hurries and calls james and tells him he was wrong about what he did . Jeff goes on and tell him about how his mom had always got beat in the past by his father . Then suddenly hangs up the phone . James thinks about all what Jeff said . He decides to turn himself in
