Narrative Of The Lizard Man
Marshal! Marshal!
I heard my name from afar, I looked up, saw my mother running towards me. "I had just returned from a military campaign in Africa (Nigeria), wars come and go but friends are lost, I lost Julius in war, but that was the cost of serving my country.
I ran to my mother and lifted her with joy, we came back to house, where I had already prepared dinner, she smiled and said, thought you said you will stop cooking. I smiled.
Later that night I heard a loud scream, the scream of my mother, I ran to her and she kept on saying lizard man with this words I passed out.
I woke up from my slumber surrounded by people I knew, Dr. Martins; the towns physician, Lucy a girl I was in love with, my mother, Reverend Bart and Tiny Louie the town's

Martins came over to check on me and I overheard him telling Ma and Lucy that a sighting was made of the lizard like man and that it had killed Becky(the town’s whore). That day passed and that was the last I dreamt of the lizard man.
It was until one summer night I dreamt of the lizard man, this time the dream was more vivid than ever, I dreamt the lizard man was out hunting, it visited the town’s square it fought with a stranger…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… I blacked out.
One day as I was out visiting the town’s square I met a very interesting man, a travelling magician, he approached me and said he wanted to be like me, I was puzzled, I asked why, he said he knew what I was, when I asked, he whispered the name “SURWINDE”, I thought he was a clown, so I dismissed him. I returned home ,surprisingly I met this same man, he had filled my mom on what he thought I was, that I was a SURWINDE and he was an hunter, hunting for MAL, a woman who appears during war with her handmade GIN TO FOOL soldiers and curse them, and that I was a victim, out of curiosity I listened and cause I was scared, I asked if I could be cured, he nodded yes and that we must go to the forbidden mountain in TIBET and climb the thousand steps and capture Gin, when we capture her, she take us to MAL, I hated the idea of travelling and I said he was deluded until he told me my dreams and longing for blood, I denied saying

We were in a trance, we were heading for the ledge, and it was Lucy who saved us, HOW? I did not ask but I was grateful, we were all grateful, we continued our journey as we got closer there was a storm a heavy storm, we forged ahead and continued till we got to the last step and found a bridge, as we crossed the bridge it snapped, unfortunately Tiny fell into the abyss. We successfully crossed but at the loss of a friend, we continued it was nightfall, we had to camp, we stayed together, by morning everywhere was different it was as if we where at the foot of the mountain, GIN was playing her tricks and slowing us down, Jason blew the powder that the shaman gave us, we saw a door but a circular door as we approached it the started changing shape, by the time we got to the door we were divided and the door was just a

We were all sucked dry from the sun that day with zero energy left, we scavenged what we could and we still ate better than we could have at any local dinner. The day was still long and was only going to get hotter and longer even as the day came to a close. There was more things to do around the land than there was at any theme park. So as we all sat around and waited for something to do you could tell that everyone was thinking the same thing as sweat poured down all of our faces. The cold spring fed creek was the only thing that was going through my mind and I knew that was the only thing going through anyone else’s. We walked down to the creek as there was no other way that you could reach it, and as we got closer and closer you could hear the light eco of the fifteen foot waterfall coming off of the trees. The only thing I was looking for was the spit of the water flowing up through the large oak and misquote tree branches. You knew when everyone saw the water, you could see the sight of the crystal clear water shining off of everyones eyes and you could tell that there was a sudden sign of relief that came upon everyone after the long walk through the large misquote trees avoiding as many thorns and cactuses as they possibly could, being careful as could be you weren't going to miss all of them. And there was no better feeling than soaking your wounds in that…

My chickens that I cooked were ready. Then I heard a strange sound. "B-roop", Unfortunately it was my stomach that growled. I was so hungry. I took the chicken out and starting eating like a Tyrannosaurus. The taste and the smell that came from the chicken was incredible. My stone like teeth and my thin layer of tongue chewed on that piece of chicken. You could hear the sounds of chewing like Crag! It was night when I was done eating. " Its night if I don't sleep, then zombies are gonna come in and kill me",I said to myself. I went to bed as soon as I can because I didn't want any zombies to crawl into my property. A bright light shined in my eyes. A light that made me wake up and rub my eyes. "Finally The dream is over", I said to myself. But it wasn't. I was still in the same world, same house, and same spot. I went outside. "Zombies", I screamed. I was so scared that I went in my house opened my chest and took my sword out. A Zombie came in my house and started to tear my house apart. Then a tall homeless man with a dirty gray cap, big scary eyes, and dirty torn clothes, then stared at my cousins and I. He suddenly turned behind our backs and started to follow us without our knowledge for a moment until we couldn’t see anything but the sun and the sound of cars around us, it was like he was invisible, suddenly he jumped behind us and sprayed us with some type of mist that made us all fall to the ground. A few minutes later, when we opened our eyes, we found ourselves near a big garbage can with no one around us we were clueless. There we saw a small sticky note that was stuck to the side of the garbage…

When I’m dreaming multiple scenarios are put into my head, some of them made me so horrified all I remember was being scared rather than the actual dream itself! Others, were so confusing and twisted that remembering it made my hairs stick up, giving me goose bumps. In Marvel’s classic Spiderman movies, Peter Parker got bit by a spider, to be honest getting bitten and gaining powers is one of the last things I would dream about. My dreams always had some demonized, possessed, ring to it that always troubled me when I woke up. When I was in the fifth grade, I had this dream I would never forget. I was cleaning out my garage and I walked down the driveway with a box that weighed a hundred pounds. When I placed it down it had no label on it, making me instantly wonder what was inside, after all it was so heavy. I carefully lifted a flap and out sprung a spider, and then another, and another, until there were so many they began to pour out like water overflowing in a bathtub. I ran and crawled back, but I was too late one spider the size of blimp had clenched on to my legs, it pinned me down and stared at me. That’s when I woke up, panting, still feeling it’s fuzzy boney legs rubbing against my skin. Dreams, are the evilest of all, with this fear my mind generates some of the most scariest situations enabling me to…
